I was instructed by the water company to look at the meter outside but for some reason it was stuck and couldn't get the lid open.

I searched on yelp for a reliable company that can help me with the meter to see if there's a leak. Nick was VERY quick to respond and even came out on his day off!! Excellent customer service! This company's 5 star review is really real & live up to it. I felt embarrassed/bad that I had to call Nick just to come and drive to my house to do a quick check for me but he was so friendly and nice about it. For me that says a lot about himself and his business... definitely will recommend this company to anyone who needs service done!

  I called Nick on Tuesday for a quote to disconnect and reconnect my kitchen sink because I'm in the process of renovating a condo. Gave me a clear expectation of what services he could do, asked for pictures, provided what I think is a fair quote for the work. He was very communicative and I appreciate that. Unfortunately timing didn't work out on my end to disconnect the sink but I was able to schedule On Time Service Plumbing to reconnect my sink today. Zack and Paul showed up as expected (I love that they covered their shoes when they came in) and quickly got to work. Zack replaced the valves and installed the faucet/garbage disposal pretty fast in my opinion and cleaned up before they left. They even kindly turned my water heater back on for me. Nick called me after the service to follow up. I have several other projects pending for this renovation and I plan on using On Time Service Plumbing  again.

I called Nick to get a quote about coming out to repair my garbage disposal system. Most contractors would have probably just come out, tell me it's not repairable and then tell me that I should replace my disposal. Not Nick. He guided me on how to fix it myself by using an allen wrench to unjam the disposal and after taking his advice it worked. He could have bamboozled me and I wouldn't have been the wiser but he's an honest man and I want to recognize and thank him for that. If I ever have plumbing issues I'm going to call Nick.
